My name is Nicholas Paul Griffin and I am a writer and musician from London. One Man Book is my musical pseudonym and to some extent a description of my psychological state in regards art in general.

I used to play in the math-rock band San Luis Obispo (free download via Box Collective) and have since moved onto the singer/songwriter/folk persona of One Man Book. All of my music is accessible from this site, and I hope you enjoy it. My most recent releases are available to listen to or purchase via the Bandcamp site.

As a writer I am as yet unpublished. I am a sporadic and impatient writer, and often find myself engaged in several projects at once, but the good news is that I am starting to pull all of these projects together and hoping to tie them all up by the end of 2012.

I am currently working on 3 unfinished novels, and have 1 completed novel which I am starting to show around. On the SHORT STORIES tab of this site you can read some of my shorter pieces, written variously across the last few years. I have a strong passion for slipstream/speculative fiction, and most of my work falls into these categories.

This site is really a showcase for my work, as well as being a forum for my thoughts and the things that I feel I ought to say but often have no-one to say them to. There is not likely to be many people reading my words, but that does not matter. Here it is.
